AC-AlphaConsult GmbH at the Nursing Congress 2024 in Vienna

The team around Thomas Weilguny (Managing Director) of AC-AlphaConsult GmbH visited the nursing congress in Vienna on November 28 and 29.

The largest nursing congress for health and nursing care in Austria has been taking place since 2003. Over 4,000 participants came together to receive further training and exchange ideas with each other. Numerous experts, scientists, practitioners, teachers and nursing professionals were present.

The discussion rounds took place in eight halls of the congress center and covered a wide range of topics from speakers from the entire DACH region. The main topic of all presentation rounds was resilience in the care and healthcare sector. The presentations focused in particular on health policy issues and the latest findings from the field of nursing science.

The presentation on the current challenges in acute and long-term care was particularly interesting. “The presentations gave us important information about the challenges and the current state of the Austrian healthcare system,” said Weilguny.

Good contacts were made and in-depth discussions were held about the healthcare system. A congress with added value – for visitors and speakers.
