On May 1, 2024, AlphaConsult Premium KG opened a new branch in Solingen to strengthen its presence in the area of skilled workers in the Bergisches Land region.
We are delighted to welcome our new team at the Solingen location at Kasernenstraße 15.
Iris Grützke, 57 years old, has worked in various positions as a personnel consultant, client manager and sales manager in the personnel services industry since 1997. As a trained lawyer, coach and mediator, her focus is on qualified consulting and mediation in the customer and personnel sector. Ms. Grützke has been in charge of setting up the branch in Solingen since 1.5.2024 and is gradually supporting several teams in the region as division manager.
Frank Schneider, 59 years old, complements our team with over 22 years of professional experience in personnel services. He also started in the industry in 1997 and has held various positions of responsibility, from department manager to branch manager to operational managing director of his own company. Together with Iris Grützke, Frank Schneider is responsible for the development and expansion of our new location.
