An exciting new beginning: the Hildesheim branch celebrates its anniversary

The AlphaConsult-Premium branch in Hildesheim is celebrating an exciting four-year anniversary with a new beginning. On October 1, 2024, the team moved into modern, new offices – a move that underscores the successful development of recent years.

It all began four years ago with Violeta Rodewies, the branch manager, and Luisa Bühre, the HR manager. They moved into the first premises in October 2020. The team grew steadily over the following years: Argien Jando joined as a team assistant in 2021 and Emanuela Topallaj completed the team as a sales planner in 2022. They were always supported by their Regional Director Dennis Nesper, which contributed to the positive development of the branch.

Over the last four years, the branch has achieved remarkable success. The number of employees has increased, numerous new customers have been acquired and employee satisfaction is at a high level. In addition, numerous projects won have resulted in a positive standing in the region.
