August 6 was a very special day for our Premium branch in Pforzheim. In bright sunshine, our CEO, Udo Lutz, came by to thank us personally for the great cooperation. The bright weather perfectly reflected the mood in the branch.
Despite the difficult market environment in Baden, our dedicated colleagues have managed to keep both sales and earnings at a consistently high level. Branch manager Bianca Schwendemann put it in a nutshell: “When things get more difficult, you just have to do more.” The branch’s impressive figures confirm that the above-average commitment is paying off.
As a token of appreciation, Mr. Lutz wanted to invite the entire team to lunch. However, Regional Manager Sina Burghard made sure that the branch was always manned – e.g. for customer or employee calls. Shift planning was also an important part of why Ms. Burghard kept a low profile.
We say: A big BRAVO for this exemplary commitment!
Despite the challenge, Udo Lutz proved to be a skilled negotiator and was not easily put off. In the end, he was at least able to persuade the branch manager Bianca Schwendemann and regional manager Sina Burghard to join him for a meal. This convivial meal provided an opportunity to toast the successes.
We look back on this successful day with pleasure and are already looking forward to the next reunion in beautiful Baden.
