On September 5, 2024, the branch network from the Rhine-Ruhr region met at our branch in Mönchengladbach. Important topics were collected and discussed together, including a detailed analysis of the current financial year up to August.
The day began with a joint breakfast, during which feedback discussions were held with the various team members. The focus was on what is already going well, but also on challenges that still need to be overcome. Each branch was looked at individually and there was an intensive exchange about day-to-day business.
The focus of the meeting was on strengthening networking between the branches. It is now clear that communication between them has improved, enabling the team to react more quickly and flexibly to changes in the market.
A central topic of the day was the orientation of AlphaConsult-Premium KG until the end of the year and the implementation of the measures taken. As the network cooperates closely with each other, the meeting was an important opportunity to further consolidate the cooperation.
