A movie-ready management conference by Alpha-Med KG

Alpha-Med KG hosted an extraordinary management conference at the picturesque Rhön Residence from August 26 to 28, 2024. Under the motto “Film and Television”, the participants experienced a special kind of event that skillfully combined further training and networking with entertaining elements.

Day 1: Lights, Camera, Action!

The first day of the conference began with a cinematic performance. The managers were invited to the in-house cinema, where they were greeted at the entrance with drinks and fresh popcorn – just like in a real movie.

Welcome just like on TV

Ingo Wiegers (CDIO) surprised those present with an innovative presentation of company news. Wearing a mask and in the style of a news program, he shared the latest developments at Alpha-Med KG on the screen with the eager audience. The new colleagues were then officially introduced and warmly welcomed.

Heiko Hepper (CCO) then took the floor and presented the company’s key figures.

After the informative opening, the participants moved to the conference room. Here, the marketing team had a creative surprise in store for the managers: the well-known quiz format “Jeopardy” was quickly turned into “Alphady”. In this exciting competition, the managers were able to put their marketing know-how to the test and strengthen team spirit at the same time.

Workshops and visions for the future

In the afternoon, the participants had the opportunity to deepen their specialist knowledge in workshops prepared by the regional managers and to exchange ideas with colleagues. The crowning finale was a visit from CEO Udo Lutz, who personally welcomed all participants and gave an outlook on upcoming projects and company goals. Melanie Mager-Kornisch (COO) also attended the event to personally introduce herself to her colleagues as a member of the Executive Board.

Networking under the stars

The first day came to an atmospheric end on the terrace. With a delicious barbecue, refreshing drinks and rousing music, colleagues had the opportunity to exchange ideas and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.

Day 2: Group work and conclusion

On the second day, the morning was used for intensive group work.After a joint lunch, the participants said goodbye to each other in order to take the knowledge gained back to their everyday work.

The Alpha-Med KG management conference was more than just an ordinary business meeting. It offered a platform for knowledge transfer, personal exchange and team building – elements that are invaluable, especially in the dynamic personnel services industry.
