Melanie Mager-Kornisch (Chief Operating Officer) and Andrea Weller-Zehl (Division Manager of Alpha-Students) put their heads together at an intensive strategy meeting away from day-to-day business operations in Bad Sobernheim. The aim of the meeting was to develop new service approaches for Alpha-Students GmbH.
The result of the developed concept will be presented in the course of October. Here is a small preview in advance.
Our strategy is to develop a cost-optimized service for companies in logistics and production, even if the minimum wage in temporary work is 14.00 euros per hour from October. We would like to show our customers and interested parties new ways in which we can support these companies during peak periods and at the same time design programs to promote young talent in order to provide Germany’s SMEs with the specialists and managers of tomorrow.
The detailed concept will be officially presented in the course of October following approval by CEO Udo Lutz. Stay tuned for the new developments that Alpha-Students GmbH will be offering its customers in the future.
