Year-end meeting: the Executive Board looks back on 2024 and sets out the strategy for a successful 2025
Last week, the Executive Board of the AlphaConsult Group met in Hamburg to reflect on the year’s joint successes and plan the next steps. Udo Lutz (CEO), Rico Schulze (CBO), Melanie Mager-Kornisch (COO), Heiko Hepper (CCO), Thomas Lang (CFO) and Ingo Wiegers (CDIO) were present.
In addition to reflecting on the challenging and, despite the overall economic situation, very successful year 2024, the meeting focused on strategic planning for the coming year.
In addition to maintaining the blue-collar business, the operational focus will continue to be on expanding specializations. Early diversification is bearing fruit here, proving this year that a broad positioning makes the company more resilient to crises.
In the area of IT and software, the AlphaConsult Group continues to focus on the digitalization of parts of the personnel services business, which was initiated early on by general partner Udo Lutz. AI will also continue to find its way into the Group’s digital strategy.
In summary, everyone involved was very satisfied and looking forward to the new year.
