On 23.07.2024, Marion Wolf, Division Manager of Alpha-Engineering KG, as well as Amir Sharif, Sabrine Henzel and Jessica Drews from Alpha Consult KG took part in the filming of a testimonial video for AOK Bayern. The video was filmed at our company headquarters in Nuremberg. The result of the day’s filming has been published on the AOK’s campaign website “Fachportal für Arbeitgeber”: https://www.aok.de/fk/bayern/gut-wenns-besser-passt/.
In the video, we share our positive experiences with the AOK to show how important their services are for our employees in temporary employment. As one of the largest AOK partners in Germany, we have been working closely with AOK Bayern for over 10 years and they support us with numerous services tailored to our needs.
Thanks to the AOK registration service, our employees receive their documents directly by e-mail. This simplifies the registration process and they are insured immediately after registration, says Marion Wolf. It was important for us to convey the feeling of support in the video.
There was a precise schedule on the day of filming. The camera team first met with the employees in Nuremberg and briefly discussed the shoot. The camera and lighting were then prepared for the various scenes. Ms. Wolf gave an interview in which she spoke about the collaboration and the benefits. In the background, Amir Sharif, Sabrine Henzel and Jessica Drews could be seen going about their daily work to show different shooting perspectives.
Ms. Wolf had prepared in advance with an interview guide. She described the filming as “an interesting and valuable experience to get to know the process in front of and behind the camera, as well as a new challenge to shoot a scene smoothly”.
