As a self-financed family business under the leadership of shareholder Udo Lutz (CEO) and his father Peter Lutz as an advisor, we were founded in Nuremberg in 1982 as a modern consulting firm specializing in HR management. Our executive and management board consists of over 20 experienced employees with many years of industry knowledge. We are also supported by over 550 employees in the front and back office. We now unite 17 strong brands under one roof and are therefore broadly positioned – this is what makes the AlphaConsult Group what it is.
