Founded in 1982 in Nuremberg as a modern consulting company with a focus on personnel management, our group of companies as a self-financed family business under the leadership of the shareholder Udo Lutz (CEO) and his father Peter Lutz as an advisory board, can shine through many years of experience and a management board of over 20 experienced employees who have many years of specific industry knowledge. Here, 15 strong brands are united under one roof. We consider specialization as a concept for success and therefore delegate to individual parts of the company in personnel services and consulting. We face the requirements of our customers with enthusiasm and take all necessary measures for their economic success.

With our motto: “Empowering businesses to greater heights – recruitment solutions for all”, we make our brand promise to promote individual strengths and the targeted placement of the “perfect match.” A precise, professional selection of applicants is a matter of course for us and through their participation in constantly new projects, they acquire a wide range of know-how. We are not only represented nationally, but also internationally and train our personnel continuously and qualitatively.
