Effective dialogue and cohesion: branch managers meet with regional management
On 15 May 2024, the branch managers from the area of Regional Director Silvana Keller met to catch up once again.
Plans, improvements, successes, failures, figures and emotional topics were discussed.
Especially after the management conference on 26 April 2024, it was important for us to summarise the new findings and the strategic direction for us once again and to discuss how we can integrate them into our everyday office life.
Face-to-face meetings enable a quick exchange of ideas and joint development of solutions.
