Regional conference in Weißenfels – hot temperatures and exciting topics
On Tuesday (11.07.2023), Area Director Rico Schulze and Regional Director Silvana Keller invited their teams from the Eastern Region to the Regional Meeting at the Ringhotel Jägerhof in Weißenfels. After a small breakfast reception, the participants started the event. A total of 33 colleagues from 14 branches took part in the regional meeting. The meeting seamlessly continued the contents from the large management meeting in Leipzig in mid-June. Area Director Rico Schulze led the event and spoke about current topics within the AlphaConsult Group. In addition to all kinds of news for the teams, he looked at the past business year within the individual branches and drew a thoroughly positive conclusion. AlphaConsult KG and AlphaConsult Premium KG are very well positioned in the southern east of the Federal Republic with branches in Dessau, Halle, Leipzig-Gewerbe (2 locations), Leipzig-Kaufmännisch, Delitzsch, Dresden, Zwickau, Chemnitz, Annaberg-Buchholz, Schwarzenberg, Arnstadt, Jena and Weimar. Furthermore, central topics such as pricing policy, absence management and the future orientation of the AlphaConsult Group were on the agenda of the meeting. The other eastern branches will follow. After the lunch break, the participants were allowed to actively exchange ideas and work on exciting topics in a group session. Sascha Lingreen, Head of Sales, was the guest speaker and spoke about Alpha Sales. Although the extremely hot and humid temperatures demanded a lot of concentration from all participants, everyone agreed after the conference. Under the motto “We are Alpha” we can achieve great things in the coming weeks and months. Above all, as a team and together in the region – that’s what makes it.
