Team bonding and good humor – Alpha-Engineering Erfurt hosts first colleague get-together
At Alpha-Engineering, the first colleagues’ regulars’ table recently took place and proved to be a complete success. Colleagues were invited to enjoy a convivial day with good food, cool drinks and interesting conversations. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas away from the daily office routine and to get to know each other even better. Patrick Leibing, Branch Manager of the Erfurt site, says: “Our aim was to bring our colleagues together outside the usual office hours in order to weld the team even closer together in a relaxed atmosphere. After all, in addition to the daily work, fun is also part of a good job.” He also says that the branch in Erfurt opened on 01.01.23 and has developed super since then.
The colleagues work in diverse and very exciting projects. They support customers in their daily challenges and take care of their employees from different areas on a daily basis. Unfortunately, not all colleagues were able to attend the regulars’ table, but we would still like to thank all of them for their great commitment.
Alpha-Engineering continues to rely on such events to promote the well-being and cooperation of our colleagues. The Stammtisch was a clear demonstration of the success of such initiatives and underscores the company’s commitment to creating a positive and team-oriented work environment.
