The AlphaConsult branch in Heidenheim is recruiting internationally for the first time!
Of course, the shortage of skilled workers is also affecting the south of Germany. The electronics technician profession poses a particular challenge for entrepreneurs. However, our latest example shows that this problem can be solved with trust and a little flexibility. And we at AlphaConsult are used to finding suitable solutions for our partners’ challenges, no matter how long the journey to the destination – in this case it was around 2,000 km long. Thanks to our excellent network and our branch in Seville, we were able to recruit Omar, a very well-trained electronics technician, for our customer in Ravensburg, who is naturally delighted with this win. On Tuesday morning, our new electrical ace landed at Stuttgart Airport, where he was warmly welcomed by Regional Manager Franz Fischer. From there, the journey continued by car to Ravensburg, to the apartment we had organized. Fortunately, the landlord spontaneously gave a short tour of the town before Omar had his first southern German culinary experience, as can be seen in the picture.
