A new home for specialists – Alpha-Med recruits internationally

In order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Germany, our Alpha-Med is consistently working on recruiting abroad in the nursing and education sector.

Recruiting specialists from abroad is becoming increasingly important for companies in Germany. Nevertheless, around 36% of companies with a need for skilled workers did not take full advantage of this opportunity in 2024.

The AlphaConsult Group, on the other hand, uses the legal framework to recruit qualified employees abroad in a targeted manner and attract them to work in Germany.

Alpha-Med is also successfully recruiting abroad in the nursing and education sector and has welcomed its first nursing staff from Morocco.

Welcome, Khadija Rotbi

Khadija Rotbi was warmly welcomed on her arrival at Frankfurt Airport by our recruitment consultant Yakeline Cadena-Perez. After a coffee and tasty snacks, photos were quickly taken as a memento before she boarded the ICE train to her new home and workplace. Yakeline was particularly pleased with her guest gift on the pleasant train journey – a traditional dress from Morocco.

When we arrived at our new home, we were welcomed by the integration manager of our new employer, who took us to the clinic and to Khadija’s accommodation.

Khadija couldn’t imagine a better start to her new home. She particularly likes the view of the idyllic landscape from her window. She feels welcome and in good hands in her new surroundings. This is partly due to the good organization, care and warm-hearted people who have accompanied her on this journey and will continue to do so.
