Alpha-Med KG has been awarded the “Fair Recruitment Nursing Germany” seal of approval. This seal of approval is currently the highest certification in the field of international nursing staff recruitment and is awarded by the Gütegemeinschaft Anwerbung und Vermittlung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland e.V. (GAPA). It stands for transparency, fairness and responsibility in all stages of recruitment.
What does the seal of approval mean?
The seal of approval confirms that we recruit international nursing staff according to clear and binding principles. These include the WHO Code of Conduct, the guidelines of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the “Employer Pays” principle and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Nurses do not pay any placement fees with us and receive comprehensive support throughout the entire process – from recruitment abroad to successful recognition as a nurse in Germany.
How does the process work at Alpha-Med KG?
We document and check all steps of the international recruitment process. Our processes are fully digitalized, clearly regulated by law and designed to be comprehensible. This includes the careful selection and preparation of nursing staff, the assessment of risks in the countries of origin, defined examination stages and support with integration and professional recognition in Germany.
