Branch Manager Meeting for the Hesse/Rhineland-Palatinate/Baden-Württemberg Region
On Tuesday, 05.09.2023, our new “Head of Operation New Business”, Melanie Mager-Kornisch, invited to the Branch Manager Meeting in Frankfurt. Supported by the Regional Sales Manager, Ivonne Vogel, and the two Regional Managers, Marcus Rahner and Marco Knapp, current topics and challenges of our industry were discussed and strategies developed.
A total of twelve branch or department managers (from the Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg regions) were invited. It was an extremely productive day with some promising strategies that are now being transported by our branch managers to their teams. On the agenda were items such as candidate recruitment, new customer acquisition and the networking of the branches within the region. The region’s figures from the last six months were also presented.
The topics were presented and worked on under the direction of Melanie Mager-Kornisch in a mixture of lectures and group work. The region, with its branches in Bensheim, Friedberg, Ludwigshafen, Mainz, Gießen, Siegen, Fulda, Memmingen, Villingen-Schwenningen, Neu-Isenburg, Hanau and Frankfurt am Main, is thus optimally prepared for the last four months of 2023 and is optimistic about achieving its goals.
In the evening, under the motto “We are Alpha”, a classic Hessian dinner with relaxed conversations and cool drinks was on the programme to round off the all-round successful day.
