New contracting team takes off

At the beginning of March, we welcomed our new Alpha Contracting team in Bochum, consisting of Elvan Civelek, Koray Cicem and Semih Alsac. Together with Foad Bachari, Regional Director NRW, the team will drive forward the placement of freelancers and expand the range of services. Foad provides support as a contact and sparring partner in all organizational and content-related matters and acts as an important interface between Alpha-Engineering and the contracting team.

Shortly after the launch, a strategic meeting was held in Bochum at which the Alpha Engineering and Contracting teams met. Key topics were the introduction of the contracting team, opportunities for collaboration and growth strategies for joint projects.

The new team has defined clear main tasks: The focus is on establishing and expanding the new business area. The Head of Sales develops the sales process and builds up a strong market presence. The Head of Recruiting is responsible for building up the candidate network and filling open project requests.

Important steps are planned in the coming weeks and months to ensure the success of the new team. A close exchange between engineering and contracting is a top priority. The aim is to support existing customers not only via temporary employment and direct placement, but also in contracting – and vice versa.

The establishment and expansion of the contracting team is an important step in the further development of the AlphaConsult Group. We are confident that this expansion of our range of services will offer our clients new opportunities in the increasingly tight market for specialists.
