Sales training in Nuremberg – a personal affair for us
On November 6, 2023, it was time for sales training at our headquarters in Nuremberg.
With a total of nine participants from various branches of the AlphaConsult Group and the trainers Ivonne Vogel and Melanie Mager-Kornisch, everything to do with sales approaches to candidate-oriented sales was discussed. The participants were able to look forward to market-oriented training content that will enable us to recruit the right candidates and place them on the market in future. The focus was on our services, such as personnel placement, temporary employment and Temp to Perm. In particular, sales approaches, market analysis, methodical procedures and dealing with objections were trained.
At the beginning of the training, Mr. Lutz (CEO) and Mr. Lang (CFO) gave a few words of welcome to the participants. The atmosphere and the flair of the head office, as well as the welcome by Mr. Lutz and Mr. Lang gave the whole training something special. Many thanks to Ms. Klemm, Moustafa Jamo and the team for the great preparation for the training.
Sales means success and growth, which is why we have set another milestone.
