Alpha-Students conquers the autumn storm in the Eifel
November may be grey, but for the Alpha Students team it was anything but bleak. After numerous days of remote work, it was high time to meet up in person and get a breath of fresh air. This is exactly what our Alpha Students team experienced during the autumn storm in the Eifel.
These two days focussed on team building, bringing colleagues closer together and giving them the clear motto of conquering the market together. “A turbulent two days inspired us and gave us a lot of impetus,” says Ms Weller-Zehl (Head of Division)
The Alpha Students team was fully energised and literally left no stone unturned. The visit from our marketing colleagues on the second day was particularly exciting and took a surprising turn: Alpha-Students will be integrated into the AlphaConsult Group’s marketing, and this will happen before the end of the year. A milestone that catapults Alpha-Students into a new phase of activity.
The topics of recruiting, sales, marketing and team building as well as onboarding processes for students were intensively discussed and developed. A particular focus was placed on the new business area of direct placement of working students. The event was a complete success and the course has been set for an exciting future.
It’s now full speed ahead for the Alpha students. The energy of the autumn storm accompanies us as we look forward to the challenges and successes ahead. Innovative, motivated and on the move together – this is how we are shaping our path through November and beyond.
