Showing appreciation: Alpha-Engineering KG Erfurt regulars’ table
On 1 January 2023, Alpha-Engineering KG opened a new branch in Erfurt, with a focus on engineering and IT, but also on the more highly qualified commercial sector. Since then, the location has grown steadily and successfully established itself on the market.
In order to strengthen the group dynamic and enable all employees to get to know each other properly, the branch has introduced a regulars’ table every quarter. The discussions and regular open dialogue between colleagues bring variety to the working day. The regulars’ table also strengthens the good contact with the employees, which has also had a positive effect on mutual trust.
With such events, Alpha-Engineering KG Erfurt simply wants to say thank you and emphasise the importance of all employees with this appreciation.
Today we share a few impressions from the last regulars’ table on 10.04.2024, which took place in the Waldhaus Erfurt. We would like to thank all employees and colleagues who were there and hope to continue to show mutual appreciation in the future.
