The AlphaConsult-KG team from the Eastern Bavaria branch office
On 11.09.2024, the AlphaConsult-KG branch in Eastern Bavaria was invited by COO Melanie Mager-Kornisch and Sales Manager Ivonne Vogel to the headquarters in Nuremberg for a groundbreaking sales workshop.
For many team members, this was their first visit to our headquarters in Nuremberg – a great opportunity to gain new impressions and get to know colleagues in person who had previously only been known by telephone. CEO Udo Lutz and CFO Thomas Lang also took the opportunity to welcome the team in person in the morning.
The workshop was held under the clear motto: there will be no more “business as usual”. The focus was on process optimization. The new main focus will be on candidate-oriented sales and recruitment. This requires a restructuring of day-to-day work, the setting of new goals and a clear, focused implementation plan.
COO Melanie Mager-Kornisch emphasized the noticeable energy and drive in the entire team. Her conclusion: “It’s great the power you bring to the issues. I can feel your energy and the will to achieve even more – and I think that’s great!”
Finally, we went to dinner together with Regional Director Josua Kotzerke.
On 18.09.2024, an internal team follow-up event was held in Regensburg to finalize a concrete sales offensive. The entire team repositioned itself, potentials were identified and fully exploited. The result will be on show in November.
