With a view of Kurfürstendamm: AlphaConsult Premium establishes itself in Berlin Charlottenburg
In the first half of 2023, AlphaConsult Premium KG opened a new branch on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. It is a special pleasure for us as a team to give a brief insight into our work and our vocation of bringing people together in the world of work.
With its prime location on Kurfürstendamm, our branch is located at the top address in Berlin. Situated in a privileged position right next to the Marmorhaus and opposite the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, our office proudly presents itself with a magnificent view over the Kurfürstendamm.
However, it is not the external glamour that is essential in our branch, but above all the relationships that we cultivate. Commitment is not just a buzzword for us, it is the foundation of our actions. We value a culture of reliability – be it among ourselves, towards our valued customers, our committed applicants or our reliable employees. Only by practising this commitment can we build the trust that is essential for long-term and successful partnerships.
Effective together
The team is made up of different personalities who cultivate a sincere and success-orientated work ethic: Branch manager Philipp Kämpfner is responsible for all strategic decisions, management and sales. He is directly supported by Nina Sontak, a specialist in executive search, who optimises the workflow with her personnel experience from the catering and hotel sector. Aykut Öszoy, recruiter for specialists in the technical and commercial sector, manages the entire recruitment process including onboarding at the client and is the point of contact for applicants and employees alike. Former Bundeswehr soldier and current psychology student Dorian Baro complements the team in recruiting and social media marketing.
Philipp Kämpfner and his team are determined to make their contribution to the company’s success, to bring the brand and vision of the AlphaConsult Group in Berlin to the forefront of the market and to establish it there in the long term.
