One example of this appreciation is the story of Mr Hitrov, an industrial mechanic who has been part of our team since 2019. Mr Hitrov has distinguished himself through his reliability and commitment, which has enabled him to take on long-term assignments until he is taken on. In addition to his professional activities, Mr Hitrov also shows his talent as a craftsman in his free time by making figures, masks and other works of art out of cardboard and wood. His gift of a self-made wooden stand is a testament to his gratitude and commitment to the company.

Another impressive example is the story of Mr Heinkel, a warehouse logistics specialist. After the opening of our new branch in Pforzheim, we were able to welcome Mr Heinkel to our team. His enormous reliability, diligence and sense of duty made him a valuable employee. Through our cooperation with a leading recycling company, Mr Heinkel was able to discover new career prospects and was eventually offered a permanent position.
