Alpha-Engineering shapes the digital transformation in automotive personnel services
The colleagues from Alpha-Engineering in Munich – Marion Wolf, Meryem Yildrim and Sebastian Schmidts – recently put their heads together to explore innovative approaches in automotive personnel services. Their goal: to actively shape change in the industry and, in particular, to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital transformation.
In an inspiring working session, the Alpha-Engineering team proved to be extremely efficient, motivated and fully focused. Together, they worked on pioneering ideas to make the most of the potential offered by digital technologies. Digitalization opens up a wide range of opportunities to make processes more efficient and improve the quality of HR services at the same time.
After an intensive working session, Marion, Meryem and Sebastian took a well-earned break over lunch together. Here, they were not only able to expand on their ideas, but also strengthen their team spirit. The informal exchange over lunch is just as important as the focused work in the meeting room.
