Successful inventory – Alpha-Retail with full commitment
Alpha-Retail has once again demonstrated its expertise in the retail sector. This time we were commissioned by a subsidiary of a large retail chain. The challenge: an extensive stocktake that was carried out on a Saturday.
An inventory of this size normally requires 15-20 employees. However, Alpha-Retail went one step further and mobilised staff from two branches to ensure that the count went smoothly. Even our division manager at Alpha-Retail, Oliver Daniel, lent a hand and took part in the count himself.
What made the stocktaking a special experience was not only the efficiency, but also the positive atmosphere in the team. Motivation and fun were omnipresent, and everyone involved played their part in successfully completing the task.
