Alpha-Students goes Social: A look behind the scenes

Our marketing team recently met with the Alpha-Students branch in Cologne to shoot videos for our social media channels. A creative and productive day of filming resulted in trendy clips for Instagram, Facebook, etc. This content is not only entertaining, but also informative and offers an insight into the world of Alpha Students.

At the same time, we produced a video for an exciting project for the entire group – LinkedIn Shorts. We spoke to Andreas Paap, the new branch manager, about the topic: “How does Gen Z want to be managed?”. With this format, we want to put our colleagues in the spotlight and share their expertise.

Sezen Udum, head of the project, describes LinkedIn Shorts as “videos in TikTok format with LinkedIn content”. This platform allows us to create short, informative videos that are played directly on LinkedIn.

However, our social media channels are not only used for entertainment, but also to generate applicants. They are an important element of our recruiting measures. On platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, we can make direct contact with students and graduates and present targeted job offers. According to a study by StepStone, 24.3% of people under 30 use social media to look for a job.

A big thank you goes to all colleagues who made this day possible:
