Heiko Hepper: A look at the Alpha Consult Group’s new Chief Controlling Officer
The AlphaConsult Group welcomes Chief Controlling Officer (CCO) Heiko Hepper, an experienced economics graduate with an impressive track record in the field of controlling, as of February 2024. With a focus on controlling, credit management and political economy, Hepper has had a career of 24 years in the recruitment services industry before joining the AlphaConsult Group.
Heiko Hepper’s professional career has included positions as assistant controller, controlling manager and finance manager. Prior to joining the AlphaConsult Group, Hepper also held the position of CFO at two subsidiaries of a leading personnel services company.
Hepper’s experience spans several geographic areas including Germany, Europe and North America. He has a broad range of responsibilities in business controlling, pricing, key account controlling, financial controlling, legal reporting, cash planning, M&A and post-merger activities.
In addition to his traditional controlling tasks, Hepper has also taken on a role as a trainer for controlling and finance, training branch managers in these areas. His curiosity, openness, confidence and hands-on mentality with vision make him a valuable asset to any organisation.
In terms of his expectations of the AlphaConsult Group, Hepper emphasises the importance of a dynamic company with motivated employees. He strives to promote enthusiasm for personnel services, both among clients and within the company. His long-term goals include aligning and managing the AlphaConsult Group and ensuring its profitability.
