Master on the job – Sven Heder on the way to his doctorate
It should be sufficiently clear by now that training and further education are the foundation of every successful company.
At AlphaConsult, we drive this forward day by day, together with our customers, but also in terms of internal excellence.
We are very proud of each of our many trainees – but we not only support the basis of learning, we also focus on lifelong learning and improvement.
For example, we have already enabled several colleagues to complete a bachelor’s degree on the job and now, with the support of AlphaConsult, another colleague, Sven Heder, has completed his master’s degree on the job with a path to a doctorate.
These top-level training programmes not only give us a passive gain in knowledge, but also actively generate new research findings that we can make available to our clients and colleagues – in this case, research on the topic of “Autonomy and its impact on employee retention”
As an employer, it is a matter of course for us not only to provide colleagues who want to develop further with the necessary resources, but also to relieve them of time and support them as partners.
