Together we are Alpha: our 2024 management conference
Udo Lutz, CEO of the AlphaConsult Group, opened the 2024 management conference last Friday with an impressive introduction. All AlphaConsult and AlphaConsult Premium managers were in attendance.
Among other things, Mr Lutz spoke about the Group’s outstanding successes, which were achieved despite the depressive phase in the personnel services sector. He also reported on future expansions in the umbrella region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Furthermore, the managers were able to listen to exciting presentations from various areas – including future projects by Melanie Mager-Kornisch, Rico Schulze, Heiko Hepper, Ingo Wiegers, Thomas Lang and Moustafa Jamo.
The conference was filled with lots of input and valuable information, but there was also plenty of opportunity for dialogue. This gave managers from all over Germany the opportunity to get to know each other personally.
A special surprise was the visit of motivational coach André May. He provided motivation with his input, which filled the entire room. He also gave valuable tips and tricks for the continued success of the managers.
In addition to this experience, several prizes were also awarded within the group in the Recruitment Challenge category.
As this was the first time that all AlphaConsult and AlphaConsult Premium managers had come together at a conference, the evening celebration was a must. All those invited rounded off the eventful day with delicious food and cool drinks.
After a final breakfast on Saturday morning, all the managers travelled home, motivated and informed, looking forward to the future.
