AlphaConsult KG: Successes and progress at the Arnstadt branch
A lot has happened at the AlphaConsult KG branch in Arnstadt since it opened in December 2022.
Under the management of André Langlotz-Bode, the branch quickly established itself and was able to build up a solid customer base in a short space of time. With the recruitment of Mr Arne Rudloff as a personnel planner from 1 December 2022, the team was further strengthened and was able to operate successfully on the market.
The Arnstadt branch has been active for a year and a half and has established itself as an important player in the region during this time. Close cooperation with customers and partners and membership of the Erfurter Kreuz e.V. initiative since 16 November 2023 have helped to strengthen our presence in the region.
Mr Langlotz-Bode reports that a central component of the success is the unique collaboration with other branches across Germany and all colleagues. “AlphaConsult KG’s transparent and honest way of working helps to ensure that our employees are motivated to come to work every day. We are grateful to our employees and customers for their trust and support. Special thanks also go to our CEO, Mr Udo Lutz, for his continuous support and trust in our work.” Says Mr Langlotz-Bode.
Despite the challenges that 2024 will bring, we are confident that the Arnstadt branch will continue to be successful thanks to its adaptability and commitment. The team is currently holding promising talks with potential customers throughout the Arnstadt, Gotha and Eisenach area.
