AlphaConsult Premium España S.L.: Pioneer in the personnel services market
In spring 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic, we took a major step in our expansion with the opening of AlphaConsult Premium España S.L. Unlike many other German recruitment agencies in Spain, which rely on online recruitment or external partners, we are focussing on direct and personal contact on site with our branch in Seville. This strengthens the confidence of our applicants to take the step abroad with us.
Today, we can be proud of the fact that we have established ourselves as a pioneer on the Spanish market. Thanks to our ambitious team consisting of Ms Wegner, Ms Yilmaz and Ms Oppenauer, we perfectly combine our knowledge of the German labour market with our many years of experience of living and working in Spain. This enables us to understand both the German and Spanish labour markets and to respond to the needs of our applicants.
A special feature is the in-house German courses offered by Mrs Oppenauer. We firmly believe that employee retention and qualification begins during these courses, something that impersonal online courses run by external providers cannot achieve.
With our reach, we recruit not only locally but across Spain, which allows us to attract a wide range of talent and offer our clients qualified candidates.
We also understand that settling into a new country with a foreign language is a challenge. That’s why we make sure to give our employees who come to Germany the time and support they need to settle in and feel comfortable.
