Strengthening partnerships and initiating new projects
A business trip took our Branch Manager Ralf Lange and our Business Unit Manager Ingo Wiegers to Casablanca last month. As part of this trip to Morocco, the two colleagues visited our local recruiting partners. New projects were initiated and cooperation intensified.
During their stay, Ralf Lange and Ingo Wiegers met with the active partners of the language schools “Golden Services” and “Alamo”. They took the opportunity to visit the facilities of the language schools and to check the German language skills and the abilities of the German teachers. In addition, further projects were initiated to ensure efficient and targeted cooperation and to speed up the process of Alpha international recruitment.
Ralf Lange conducted over 400 interviews with specialists from various fields in order to explain Alpha-Med’s services to applicants and to attract new applicants for placement in Germany.
During the trip, the Alpha team visited various clinics. Here they were able to compare the work there, the equipment and the activities with the German care system. The visit to a neurology clinic with an extensive rehabilitation department and a prosthesis construction workshop, which provides customised prostheses throughout the country, was particularly impressive.
A highlight of the trip was the visit to the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco (AHK), led by Mrs Claudia Schmidt. In close co-operation with AlphaConsult Group, agreements were reached with the Moroccan partners and the AHK in order to further strengthen co-operation and open up new opportunities.
The successful business trip to Casablanca was an important step in consolidating the AlphaConsult Group’s presence in Morocco and deepening co-operation with our local partners. We look forward to realising the agreed projects.
